Title Resource Group (TRG) is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management Services Company located in Mt. Laurel, NJ. TRG is currently seeking a Level II Business Analyst to provide analytical support to various operational business units through the creation and maintenance of various reports, models and analytical tools.
The job functions include:
Interact with department team members and upper management to understand business processes and system capabilities to uncover key areas of performance measurement.
Participate in meetings at the request of leadership to assist with design and use of metrics.
Institutionalizations of performance measurements to help leadership better manage their departments.
Proactively collect data on key areas of measurement and utilize information to create standardized internal performance reporting and models used by senior management to successfully manage departments.
Uncover and present operational trends through the appropriate use of departmental metrics.
Present results of analysis to leadership in accurate, precise and professional formats.
Creation and maintenance of various vendor reports.
Development, automation and maintenance of metrics reporting that recurs on a timely basis.
Development of ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
Provide recommendations and iterative analysis on-demand.
High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of report building/maintenance are required
Strong Access database creation skills
Extensive knowledge of VBA and SQL
An ability to create, maintain and run reports in SSRS
Strong customer service skills - the ability to appropriately gauge audience and disseminate information in a meaningful manner
Must be able to demonstrate:
An ability to produce simple and moderate reports independently and accurately.
Capability to audit reports and use available resources to confirm accuracy.
Capacity to be attentive to details and able to multi-task.
Demonstrate comfort with working with highly confidential data as well as learning data at a company-wide level.
The ability to determine the right reporting source and criteria to apply to reports using standard reporting guidelines.
