Consistent new business process execution
Assigned primarily to one region, flexibility to hot markets
One Whirlpool winning across all channels (Field Sales, Key, HI, NC, Jenn-Air)
All executing to same policies, processes and tools
All leads, quote request activity visible in LMT
Coordinates (w/NBDM) awareness of competing indirect lead, quote requests
Lead source expert
Metro Study, CMD, other sources
Qualification, filtering to actionable leads
Every qualified lead assigned(with NBDM)
LMT tool utilization and complete data quality
LMT scorecard is key metric
Quote/bid submittal expert
Plan reading
Competitor model crossover to Whirlpool
Bid material preparation
Quote generation with new and current business
Source for continuous improvement, process and tools
Basic Requirements
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent negotiation, persuasion and relationship building skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to travel, work overtime and handle pressure and deadlines
PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google)
Ability to relocate for promotion opportunities within 18 to 24 months
Bachelor's degree required
