The Role
BankersAccuity are growing! We are commencing an exciting phase of new online product development and require a contract Business Analyst to help create users stories for new web product. Working as part of a talented and close-knit development group you will analyse business processes, review existing software and uses cases; distilling them into discrete user stories to be used by the technology team to build out the web solution. You will be working with and receiving guidance from the product management team.
Required Skills / Experience
- Proven track record of gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories/functional specifications
- Proficient in documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organisation
- Ability to facilitate workshops
- Strong Product research, requirements analysis and design skills.
- Previous experience working in an agile environment.
