Work you'll do
Innovate and learn new skills as required in supporting a continually changing technical environment
Create standards and best practices following ITIL guidelines, capacity planning, and integration with Deloitte technical support team
Work with vendors to build technology roadmaps, evaluate products or solutions and recommend direction based on client needs
Solve multidimensional business problems, improve performance, and generate value for the client
Develop recommendations that optimize the use of technology within an organization, applying strategic technology solutions
Support strategic business transformation through the application of technology to our client's most complex problems such as; Standing up cloud infrastructure, Automating a business process using AI, Designing innovative experiences for digital commerce using market leading platforms, Developing, architecting, and implementing a technology strategy to support executive-level business objectives

Serving federal, state, & local government clients as well as public higher education institutions, our team of over 15,000 professionals brings fresh perspective to help clients anticipate disruption, reimagine the possible, and fulfill their mission promise.
The Technology Services Optimization Offering works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation using ServiceNow. Working with Chief Information Officers, Technology Executives, Service Owners (HR, IT, Customer, Field Service, Project Portfolio Management) and their teams, they help to establish an operating model for technology, attentive to NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
1 years of hands-on experience as a software developer or with systems integration
Demonstrates a high aptitude for technology and exhibits a functional/technical understanding of computing and software basics
Experience scripting with one of the following: JavaScript, Python, Bash
Experience in Unity or other Augmented Reality development frameworks
This position is remote but some travel up to 15% may be required
Preferred:
Ability to be hands on with reading, editing, or writing code and adjusting systems configuration for demos
Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)
Excellent communication skills and ability to successfully articulate technology concepts to both business and technology audiences
Ability to articulate leading business trends, including the associated technology implications within one or more industries
Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.4)
Experience with development, testing, and documenting APIs using REST
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $53,000 to $96,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
