Account Business Office Account Engagement Lead (AEL)
Job Qualifications:
Applies experience and subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
Works on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope.
Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
Provides direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision-making process. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issue.
Manages Business Office Startup Program/Project(s) for an assigned account within a broader team:
Manages individual deliverables and milestones
Responsible for overseeing program budget and schedules
Responsible for program oversight of business office startup project teams
Responsible for overall governance of aligned partner groups related to business management activities
Responsible for internal and external stakeholder management
Ensures contractual obligations during startup are met in a timely manner and facilitates contract changes related to business management scope of services within the contract through existing processes
1. Manages customer project delivery
· Revenue as detailed in Impact section
· Large/ moderately complex/ local or sub-region
· Medium/ high risk
· Medium complexity legal and commercial issues
2. Manages project financials including P&L
· Meets or exceeds Solution Opportunity Approval and Review (SOAR) approved budgets
· Provides reliable financial forecasts to company services management
3. Manages business development
· Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project
· Supports qualification and opportunity assessment for large and moderately complex opportunities
· Acts as opportunity manager for medium to high risk deals
4. Manages client relationships
· Manages mid to upper level client delivery relationships
· Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients
5. Manages project team
· Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 20 people
· Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members
· Provides performance review input and indication of area of development for team members
Requirements:
More than 3 years-experience in the IT Outsourcing business and a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
More than 3 years-experience structuring and managing large and complex projects involving multiple dependent project teams and partner groups
Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments
Ability to work effectively with a global team and across time zones
Ability to effectively manage peak workloads, short deadlines, and significant pressure
Process improvement and development experience
Proven experience with project management principals and tools (including assessment management, pricing, project management systems, communication)
Demonstrated expertise in the use of data management application such as Microsoft Excel and Access
PMP Certification
