SAP Business Analyst - Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C)

Mako's customer is an acknowledged leader in rugged embedded computing, especially in the military/aerospace market. Their products are used in hundreds of mission-critical applications, where the performance and reliability they deliver can be a matter of life and death.
This client is growing fast and has substantiallyadded to their organization in roles across the board.
They are looking for an SAP Business Analyst (BA) with experience with SAP Hybris CRM Cloud for Customer (C4C).
This resource will be reporting to the Chief of Sales
Providing process improvement and analytical support to sales team via SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C).
Supporting all teams touching SAP Cloud for Customer (SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) within the Sales and Business Development organizations with process improvement, measurement tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
Develop proactive analyses rooted in system data that provides actionable insights to stakeholders.
Run daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reports from multiple data points and reconciles key reports and insights.
Assist Sales leadership with quota setting.
Assist Sales leadership with performance tracking against quota, design wins, repeatable business and personal objectives.
Support demands and supply forecasting efforts leveraging SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and related sales reports from other systems.
Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and provide day-to-day support for end users.
Create dashboards and reports from scratch, as well as update existing reports.
Own data clean-up efforts related to SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) and manage regular data audits to ensure data integrity.
Strive to consistently keep technical skills up to date by participating in training as necessary.
Advanced/Expert Excel and PO capabilities
Experience in building complex dashboards; preferably in Power BI.
High degree of self-motivation
Excellent analytical and problem with the ability to intuitively diagnose an issue when analyzing reports and other financial data.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to translate business problems into clear communication with the various functions.
Thrive in a dynamic work environment and be a flexible, strong team player.
Ability to work autonomously to solve problems and create solutions that resolve ongoing issues.
Ability to analyze data and relate it to business needs.
Understand how business processes impact reporting.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail and ability to work on many projects concurrently.

Comfort with navigating ambiguity.
Knowledge and understanding of key metrics that drive a successful sales environment.
SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in Math, Finance or related field.
1 – 2 years of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C)/SAP CRM administration
2 - 4 years in Sales/Business Operations Analytics
