This Healthcare Products - Innovation and Analytics Advisor will focus on helping CVS Health identify and assess a portfolio of strategies to realize value in our B2B partnerships and achieve its mission of helping patients on their path to better health. As a product innovation team member, you will work with a high-energy team that is motivated by the opportunity to drive better health outcomes for our patients and realize financial results for CVS Health. We want to uncover new opportunities for our B2B partnerships, develop innovative strategies to drive results and then operationalize these strategies across our ~10,000 pharmacies, ~1,000 Minute Clinic locations and other enterprise assets (e.g., CVS Caremark, Specialty, Coram). Your Typical Day Here Could Include: - Reaching out to pharmacy leadership teams to set up a pilot test for a new idea in a set of stores, and then reporting on results and driving actions to increase product performance- Along with product team members, implementing projects that drive better health outcomes for the patients we were, and bring increased value to our B2B clients - Independently designing and conducting a complex analysis (e.g. addressing multiple variables and dependencies) using large and sometimes messy data sets - or providing feedback to a junior team member on an analysis they are working through- Debugging and demystifying an Excel model or SQL query passed along to you that just seems to not be working- Developing a story and accompanying slide deck that concisely summarizes findings across several initiatives and creates specific recommendations for management leadership teams- Preparing material and presentations in a way that can be easily understood by non-subject matter experts- Building a report for leadership teams to track the results of a B2B partnership - and working to refine and automate the report so insights can be updated and provided regularly- Brainstorming with your colleagues to build out a creative approach for a new problem- Setting up time to meet with colleagues to plan a team development activity or social eventThis Job Might Be For You If: - You’re a leader.
