Role Overview\u00a0 The Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics & Insights is responsible for exploratory data analysis and insights based reporting to help plan, measure, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. The analyst will work collaboratively with internal clients & agency partners to identify data-driven insights, measure the impact of marketing efforts, and make proactive recommendations to improve performance.\u00a0Analytics Utilizes database querying, data manipulation and statistical analysis to provide critical business support to company leadership. Participate in complex, large-scale cross functional project efforts Establish & maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders in Marketing\/eCommerce, Product & Partner Management, and Sales to ensure company activities are leveraging data & insights.\u00a0 Qualifications Minimum Qualifications \u00a0 Bachelor\u2019s degree in business, economics, statistics, or computer science with 5 years business analysis experience, including but not limited to: marketing analysis, database marketing, marketing automation, market research, sales analysis, financial analysis, econometrics, or statistics.\u00a0 OR\u00a0 Master\u2019s degree in business, economics, statistics, or computer science with 3 years business analysis experience, including but not limited to: marketing analysis, database marketing, marketing automation, market research, sales analysis, financial analysis, econometrics, or statistics.\u00a0 Other Required Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint\u00a0 Relational database (SAS or SQL) experience.\u00a0 Strong analytical skills. Ability to problem solve independently. Able to analyze large volumes of raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations\u00a0 Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint\u00a0 Highly detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment\u00a0 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with and present to all stakeholders including senior leadership. Demonstrated experience in leading analytical projects Proven ability to identify areas of opportunity for existing practices\/processes and execute appropriate improvements. History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications \u00a0 Graduate degree in business, statistics, mathematics, or economics.\u00a0 Strong written and verbal communication with experience presenting to leadership.\u00a0 Tableau experience a strong plus.
