Responsibilities:
Design and maintain SharePoint sites and other document repositories across operations
Assist in communications of strategies and operational changes impacting GBAM AML Operations
Monitors and provides analysis on overall program health routinely
Manage end to end governance intake process and communications globally
Ensure current state process is documented in designated process map warehouse and continually review to identify any risks/gaps
Perform process gap analysis across GBAM AML readiness functions and regions to enable process standardization

Required Skills:
Minimum of 3-5 years of process design experience
Strong SharePoint design skills. Must be capable of designing using InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, and Dynamic Forms
Project Management Experience
Strong communication skills (including verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
Strong follow up skills and ability to escalate and gain resolution as needed
Solid experience with business analytics and reporting
Organization skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain credibility and influence with key partners and stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to be part of a fast moving, execution oriented organization
