Job Purpose:

The Sr Manager Services Delivery, Project Management is responsible for managing and developing the Project Coordinator Team as well as managing the relationship and workflow with all internal client engagement partners. This role requires a process orientated individual with the ability to work with both business leaders and the execution teams to deliver best-in-class services onboarding and program management that delivers a powerful experience for our clients across demand generation, digital marketing and inside sales programs. The incumbent for this role will have a natural knack for organization and a demonstrated interest in all things project management.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Lead project coordination team to successfully manage highly-complex projects and programs, generally strategic in nature, involving team members across all areas of the enterprise, clients, vendors & partners

Ensure effective utilization of resources to provide project management services to timely and with quality onboard new customers and provide project management services enabling Televerde to generate demand and accelerate sales for our clients

Provide governance frameworks to ensures that schedules, work plans, budget, risk analysis and contingency plans, change management, overall project controls, and resource management/allocations are created and maintained for all client services

Recognizes opportunities for system, process, or organizational improvement and makes recommendations or take appropriate action

Across all Client contracted services ensure program requirements are defined, documented and timely executed by all client support teams

Implement repeatable and measurable frameworks to improve client onboarding timeliness and user experience

Implement repeatable and measurable frameworks to track services execution performance to ensure all internal and external stakeholders know current program KPIs and goal attainment on a recurring basis

Manages executive level and customer expectations on current and future project needs and business requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Technology, Business Management or equivalent degree

5 years of project management experience and managing resources to support projects

3 years of business analysis experience

Considerable knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies

Experience with service delivery projects

Experience managing project budgets and reporting

PMI certification is a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Communicates business issues at a level appropriate to the target audience, participating in the formulation of action plans necessary to deliver successful projects.

Proven track record of delivering multiple projects simultaneously while meeting department deadlines in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business account managers

Ability to establish strong working relationships with other departments.

Ability to clarify objectives, deal with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocate for simplification, and influence teams

Knowledge of process re-engineering and system configuration principles
