Who You Are
At least two years prior experience in business analysis and/or consulting role focused on digital media, advertising, e-commerce or internet-based services
Experience building financial and or economic models
An excellent verbal and written communicator: experience presenting data and findings to clients and/or consulting preferred
A self-starter with demonstrated flexibility and creativity when facing challenging problems or projects; ability to adjust to the changing priorities of a quarterly Sales cycle
Highly analytical and well-organized, in both thought process and mindset
Collaborative and open; hungry for feedback and mentoring
Passionate and avidly curious about deriving insight from data
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, and/or field focused on quantitative analysis (e.g. mathematics, engineering, sciences) preferred but not required
What We Need
The ROI and Insights team at Sprinklr plays an essential customer-facing role as part of Sprinklr’s internal consulting group, the Digital Business Solutions Group (DBSG). The ROI team develops quantitative economic benefit analyses, conducts marketplace research, and provides consultative support for the Sprinklr Sales, Success and DBSG teams. The team engages directly with Sprinklr customers to share quantitative results and help customers better understand the business value of the Sprinklr platform. The team devises all of its own models and formulas backed by internal and external research and is constantly refreshing tools and methodologies with new findings.
As an Senior Analyst on the ROI and Insights team, you will hone analytical, research and consulting skills while measuring and communicating value for some of the world’s largest brands. Senior Analysts regularly partner with DBSG consultants on key company accounts and initiatives, including but not limited to: custom model building, in-person and virtual customer interactions, and both internal and external C-suite exposure. Senior Analysts also collaborate on customer benchmarking initiatives, thought leadership, and market analysis.
Senior Analysts are the organization’s go-to’s for business case analyses for current and prospective clients. Most often, this translates to supporting both Global Sales and Success teams with specific strategic accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a key member of account teams with sales, success and DBSG for our enterprise and mid-market customers
Attending client meetings in person and virtually to conduct in depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes
Completing ROI analyses leveraging data from discovery, using averages from other customers and external research, and building new formulas when necessary
Creating compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer’s required capabilities
Presenting the results of analyses clearly to a broad range of audiences and answering questions about the research confidently
Working with customers to educate them on the business value Sprinklr can provide
Keeping up with an aggressive training schedule and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications
