Description This position will provide business analysis to the InStep Commercial Lending (iCL) Workflow system to improve the operational performance of the system through requirement gathering and design, in addition to partnering with Enterprise Technology on quality assurance testing of enhancements and defect resolution. The candidate will also coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide ongoing training and support to end-users. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing new functionalities within the platform and communicate\/demonstrate how these functionalities could be implemented to significantly enhance the end-user experience, improve data integrity, streamline lending processes, support on-going loan servicing efforts and eliminate manual processes.
* Analyzes and identifies root causes of system defects and provides written analysis on how to improve the process or resolve system issues. 2) Partners with stakeholders, users and software engineers to facilitate the creation of clear and consice business requirements for system enhancements and defect resolution. 3) Creates clear and concise test scripts to support positive\/negative testing of system enhancements\/defects to ensure successful delivery as documented. 4) Assist in the delivery of high-quality iCL Commercial Workflow training to all end users. 5) Provides ongoing end user support via the iCL Support Box. 6) Assist in the development\/redesign of end-to-end processes in support of First Tennessee Bank’s Commercial Lending team and the iCL Commercial Workflow system. 6) Assist in the analysis of the iCL Commercial Workflow system to ensure iCL generated reports are capturing data based on business requirements.
*Analyze new functionalities available within FTB’s Commercial Loan Origination System (iCL) and make recommendations on implementation to the platform manager and other stakeholders. 2) Partner with stakeholders, users and software engineers to facilitate the creation of clear and concise business requirements to support the implementation of new system functionalities. 3) Create clear and concise test scripts to support testing efforts related to system enhancements to ensure successful delivery as documented. 4) Work closely with training partners to ensure a first class training experience related to new system functionalities.
Requirements Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is required for consideration.
4-6 years experience required for consideration
1) Business Requirement creation 2) Use case identification and test script preparation 3) Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing 4) Commercial or Consumer Banking process redesign and implementation
Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills
Proficient with applicable computer software
Good written and oral communication skills
Good organizational and customer service skills.
