Project Management Process Analyst, AVP Job Summary The Project Management Process Analyst will help drive execution through designing, developing, and improving MUFG internal project management processes. Responsibilities Develop and maintain standards and operational procedure documents for the IT Project Management Process Collaborate with Project Reporting and Project Quality teams\u00a0to validate alignment with the project management processes Work with technology partners to gather requirements and assist in documenting new processes and procedures to ensure alignment with project management practices Provide functional and process expertise to assist training team to develop training materials Identify\u00a0new approaches and solutions\u00a0to the current project management process and design, develop and implement the changes Participate in the effort and work with multi-discipline partners to develop Agile\/Iterative methodology Provide leadership and direction either as a member or leader of a team Qualifications: Approx. 2-5 years\u2019 experience in business process analysis in operation\/operation planning or project role. Demonstrated ability to multi-task, work under pressure, think analytically and communicate effectively\u00a0between IT and non IT users.\u00a0 Ability to deliver solutions including both system function and non-system supported manual procedures Ability to lead related parties with different interests to reasonable consensus. Roll-up the sleeves, positive can-do attitude required.
