Business Systems Analyst - Sales Technology - Remote
The Business Systems Analyst performs analysis of business, process and user needs, documentation of requirements, cost/benefit analysis and translation into proper system requirement specifications. The Business Systems Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
The Business Systems Analyst formulates and defines systems and objectives based on user needs, a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements, as well as collaborative understanding of related tools and systems. Devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Validates benefits achieved from solution implementation. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Being the voice of the tool for all sales channels
External sales channels (Independent, strategic partners, call centers)
Internal sales channels (Field and Direct Marketing Services (DMS))
Creating agent communications
Working with organizational change management and other communication teams for planned communications
Sending incident and resolution notifications from SET (Sales Enabling Technology) retail email box
Collaborate with impacted parties, including but not limited to:
Agent Support Unit
MarketPoint (Sales) Training
Project Management Office
Production System Maintenance group (PSM)
Intake requests and prioritizing enhancements
Working escalated tickets
Collaborating with IT teams
Attend daily standup calls to answer any questions that the Development team may have for the current sprint
Post production validation (PPV)

Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering
Demonstrated experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design
Six Sigma certification
Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies
Working knowledge of one or more Sales Enabling Technology tools/systems
Experience with Visio and SharePoint
