As a Senior Consultant you will bring considerable technical, functional, and product expertise to deliver effective solutions to clients. Looking for senior-to-mid-level IBM WebSphere Portal Developer with at least 4-6 years of experience in IBM WebSphere Portal and IBM WebSphere WCM platforms. Should have advanced level skills in Java/JEE, web application development, SOA and cloud architecture.
technical experience in the following platforms: IIBM WebSphere Portal 8. x (CTC model, custom Plugins, themes)
IBM WebSphere WCM Architecture and Development (experience with WCM APIs like tag libraries and resource collections)
Java/JEE (including frameworks like Spring MVC, Struts)
Use of CI/CD tools e. g. Jenkins, Bamboo, Git, SVN
Good database skills (Oracle, DB2)
Automation scripts using Ansible
Portal authentication and authorization (LDAP, SAML, OAuth)

Work independently or as part of a team to manage and complete multiple task assignments
Identify client business issues through vendor/Deloitte client team and facilitate solution development
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communications skills
Develop and present impactful client presentations.

Make well informed decisions by exercising mature judgment
Provide hands on contribution of developing and writing sales proposals
Drive and contribute to regular Deloitte Digital practice growth initiatives

Contribute to firm s internal eminence activities including identification of engagement follow-on opportunities for Deloitte Consulting s full breadth of services.
Experience contributing to RFP responses and other sales activities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
An advanced degree in the area of specialization
Have a willingness to travel 80 - 100 percent of the time
