The Role:The Sr. Commercial Analyst will be a strategic & analytical business partner to the INDIA Sales and marketing Team. The role will work closely with Cluster Head, Regional & Cluster Category Managers, Marketing team and Supply Chain Lead. The Role will report into the Cluster Business Finance Manager with a dotted line to the Cluster head, INDIA Markets. Asia pacific business has been growing solid in past years and expecting to achieve B by 2020 and INDIA is one of the fastest growing geographies within the AP. Your Contribution:Be Yourself. In this role you will:Build data modeling and develop regular reporting including external business measures to support the business discussions & decision making.Prepare and deliver business analytics on key performance indicators such as Revenue, Sell Through, and Channel Inventory.Track sales productivity and efficiency of Customer Reward programs, provide ROI analysis.Continue to seek process improvements.Participate in the annual and quarterly planning processes and provide key insights on historical data trends.Perform quarter end close accruals (Distributor/Retailer incentives, promotions and marketing activities)Provide other ad-hoc reporting & analysis Key Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:6-8 years experience Finance, Business data analytics or Sales operations in a MNC.Prior experience in consumer electronic / FMCG industryDetail oriented with strong analytical skills and curiosity to interpret & deep dive into dataAbility to positively and comfortably work under pressure in a fast paced environmentStrong communication, interpersonal and coordination skillsAbility to drive change and influence business resultsIn addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:Proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion is a plusEducation:Degree in Business, Finance or other related field from an accredited institutionLogitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.
