The Program provides a full spectrum of innovative business and professional services for developing, maintaining and supporting enterprise-class business applications to federal and non-federal agencies.
AceInfo Solutions is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst for a growing government client located in Ft. Collins, CO.The candidate will work for the engineering division that supports developing and managing a suite of enterprise services and applications. Engineering and operations are evolving toward a DevSecOps culture, seamlessly integrating security requirements with automated testing, code integration and deployment. The candidate will work closely with our Security, DevOps, and Support and Administrative teams in an agile environment to manage a backlog of requirements, epics, stories and roadmaps for delivery..
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and maintain the product backlog for Security and DevOps including epics and stories.
Lead planning sessions with product owners and team leads to convert requirements into epics and stories.
Compose and elaborate user stories for upcoming implementation sprints making them ready for team analysis and commitment.
Coordinate with Security, DevOps and Quality Assurance (QA) engineers to ensure user stories have accurate and specific acceptance criteria that can be used to produce detailed functional test plans.
Capture ongoing changes to the user stories as they are being analyzed, designed and implemented during the sprints.
Develop an in-depth understanding of customer requirements to create flow diagrams of business processes to support testable deliverables.
5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
3 of experience with agile software development.
Working, coordinating and communicating on cross-team initiatives.
Experience in DevSecOps.
Proficient in the Atlassian suite of agile tools: Confluence and Jira.
Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Experience in the Risk Management Framework (RMF, NIST-800-53).
Working with BPM (Business Process Management) application.
Experience with Federal Government systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Familiar with information technology architecture, governance and data exchange.
General understanding of web technologies.
Effectively prioritize work, troubleshoot issues, communicate effectively and complete tasks on time.
Proficient with presentation and web communication tools.
Ability to communicate complex technical problems to a non-technical audience.
Self-starter with strong self-management skills.
Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication and leadership skills.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Customer service oriented.
Passion and drive for learning new technologies and practices.

Clearance and Eligibility
Ability to attain Federal Government Position of Trust.
Must pass a background investigation.
Certified as PMI-PBA, CBAP, or CCBA.
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Computer Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
