Work You ll DoWorking independently without continuous direction or supervision of a manager, develop enterprise-wide HR integration and separation efforts, including HR strategy, change management, organization design, and workforce transition procedures. Consult with clients to increase effectiveness and minimize costs of company's HR service delivery through improved processes and technologies. Work with teams on engagements that drive strategic HR organizational changes for clients in a mergers and acquisitions environment. Advise on HR issues, including payroll, time and attendance, talent acquisition systems and defining employee experience timelines. Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and nurture day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels. Develop client strategy across Human Resources functions through the application of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement and analysis techniques. Create and design infrastructure diagrams, business process designs, class diagrams, flowcharts and module diagrams using MS Visio. Design, test, and deploy configuration solutions for business requirements using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions. Assess, review and analyze data and labor regulations for business case development, including assessing severance policies and costs tied to salary and benefits, technology and recruitment. Develop client workshops and facilitate meetings to support HR decision-making processes. #LI-DNI RequirementsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, CIS, Engineering (any) or a related field.Two years of experience providing strategic HR transformation consulting services to clients on behalf of a global consulting company.Must have two years of experience with:Developing client strategy across Human Resources functions through the application of KPI measurement and analysis techniques;Creating and designing infrastructure diagrams, business process designs, class diagrams, flowcharts and module diagrams using MS Visio;Designing, testing, and deploying configuration solutions for business requirements using ERP solutions;Assessing, reviewing and analyzing data and labor regulations for business case development, including assessing severance policies and costs tied to salary and benefits, technology and recruitment; andDeveloping client workshops and facilitating meetings to support HR decision-making processes.80% travel required.
