Our ideal candidate needs to have experience DOING the following: prepare profit and loss statements tailored to hospital risk pools and understand income statements.
The individual should be able to analyze the revenue and present options/ solutions on how to improve.
They need someone who is interested in understanding the ongoing needs, asks questions and applies concepts to what our client is doing.
Our client may be open to considering someone outside of healthcare if you are open to understanding the client’s process and during this process you are open to constructive criticism.
Our client runs Crystal Reports that are already set up and do not need to be created.
you are also responsible for identifying, documenting business processes through interviewing clients and reviewing and analyzing existing systems and processes.
In addition, the Business Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing and modifying multiple custom applications or modules.
Articulates interrelationships and recasts business flow into requirement specifications.
Conducts gap analysis to document discrepancies between business requirement and system capabilities.
Develop internal capabilities to evaluate and improve operational processes through the organization.
Serves as liaison between business partners and Implementation and Analysis department.
Education requirement: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or Management Information Systems
Salary is based on experience starting at $ 55,000 and goes up considerably from here.
