Daily tasks will include: Conduct requirements gathering sessions, analyze As Is and To Be system process, document business rules, create logical design documentation, participate in the technical design of data exchanges and application features.

Analyzes an organization or business domain (real or hypothetical) and documents its business or processes or systems, assessing the business model or its integration with technology with distinct deliverables to a solution.

Expert 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 Months of Experience in business analysis work, including conducting business requirements elicitation, validation, and analysis, and facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions

84 Months of Experience in translating business requirements into comprehensive functional and technical requirements for data exchange development

84 months experience in coordinating written and verbal communication between stakeholders and management via written status reports and leading reoccurring meetings.

12 Months of Experience in facilitating technical and user-acceptance testing and communicating results internally and to stakeholders.

12 months experience with technology delivery for human services platforms.

Bachelor's Degree.
