12 months *upon offer, candidates must complete a background and drug screen* Summary: The Business Data Analyst is generally responsible for providing data requirement knowledge and applying best practices for requirements elicitation using a modified AGILE delivery approach.BA will plan meetings well in advance and manage them to solidify the design as well as facilitate \u2018conference room pilots\u2019 to validate the detailed data design meets the intended Business need\/requirement.\u00a0 Responsibilities:\u00a0
o Leads the project data quality, security, and mapping specification effort through meetings with the business and project SMEs to extract, analyze, and document requirements.\u00a0
o Drive partnership with process flow analysts to create synergy between data and process flows.\u00a0
o Manages change to requirements and identifies potential scope creep, working closely with the Business and Project Manager on following formal change control procedures.\u00a0
o Provides data requirement knowledge to the project team in support of design, development, test, change management, and training.\u00a0
o Participates in proactive risks and issues identification and effective mitigation.\u00a0
o This role reports to the project or Program Manager.\u00a0 Required:\u00a0
o Business facing role requiring excellent listening and assertive yet respectful interrogatory skills.\u00a0
o Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience\u00a0
o Proven experience developing uses cases\/user stories, process flows (current and future), reporting needs, non-functional requirements identification\/elicitation and requirement tracking documentation.\u00a0
o 10 years of Systems Analysis experience, Strong problem solving and analytical skills to identify and proper technical and non-technical solutions.
o Demonstrated ability to build subject matter and tools expertise, drive consistency in processes.\u00a0
