Business Analyst - $33.50/hr
Looking for candidates who have experience both in Agile and SDLC project methodologies. Person should be self starters and comfortable collaborating with large cross functional teams.Experience with project tools - Quality Center and JIRAThe Business Analyst position includes support of strategic digital projects that impact customer experiences across multiple channels and portals. Project work may include enhancements to current sites, systems, and processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for engaging product owners & key partners to create comprehensive business requirements which may include Customer Journey Mapping & User/Persona creation - End to End as needed. Responsibilities will include executing test scripts, support with defect management and operational readiness tasks. The selected candidate will take a leadership role in effectively managing project priorities and clearly communicating progress and outcomes to partners and leadership. Position requires a 4-year college degree and a minimum of 5-7 years business analyst experience. Project responsibilities include:? Interviewing partner areas, gathering information and performing detailed analysis. ? Working with business users, product SMEs and IT for creation of Business Requirements that meet the needs of all stakeholders? Providing analysis of business requirements and business/system process flows requested by other groups to assess impact on systems ? Conducting Business Requirement reviews and obtaining stakeholder sign-off ? Estimation of work efforts and timely reporting status on deliverables? Communicating with business users and partners effectively to support the delivery of projects? Creation and/or modification of Business Process Flows as needed? Performing Smoke testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing? Ensuring traceability from requirements to testing?
