I am looking for a Business Process Analyst / Project Coordinator with strong Visio Process flow diagrams experience, excellent communication skills to speak with all levels of stakeholders, strong facilitation skills, metrics monitoring and project delivery skills. This is within a high visibility arena. Under guidance of a Sr Project Manager, actively manage work stream deliverables relating to a project and perform activities and tasks related to successful delivery of the project(s) as determined by the Project Team.
Supporting facilitation activities (setting meetings)
Development and delivery of communication tools (e.g. distributing minutes, ensuring adherence to the communication plan)
Monitoring the progress of particular metrics, activities, deliverables, etc.
Ensuring project’s compliance with company directives and department standards
Responsible for organization, administration, and execution of tasks within projects and working with various stakeholders.
Assist project team with coordination and collection of project information.
This individual will be responsible for 2 work streams that are part of a large project:
