The state of the art, creative People Science team at Twitter is looking for an analyst to join their team, who will be a thought partner for HR metrics and visualization. This team is focused on using organizational research and data analyses techniques to uncover people insights that contribute to Twitter’s long-term success.
What You’ll Do
Typical responsibilities include:
Develop, verify, and validate metrics, and analytics to address People related needs and opportunities
Analyze, visualize, and provide analytics dashboards for reporting solutions
Identify the best HR visualization platform for the company
Consult with clients (HRBPs, COEs, the Business) to understand and anticipate reporting and metrics needs, design effective solutions, provide insights from metrics and determine needs for advanced reporting/dashboards.
Efficiently partner with relevant data/IT/systems teams for ongoing development and optimization of the HR data warehouse
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
Write queries and manage data transformation to enable analytics and reporting
Synthesize multiple client requests to centralize and standardize reporting requests
Ensure that all data components are designed and implemented in compliance with our legal and information security requirements.
Being up-to-date with industry standards of data viz in the HR space and proactively structuring data tables anticipating future needs

3 years of relevant analytics or Business Intelligence work experience
Proficient in using Excel, Tableau, Visier, Looker, SQL or similar tools for data extraction, manipulation and analyses
