This role will be responsible for providing day to day support for the project or effort assigned. This resource will work with the client in a variety of capacities including but not limited to planning, requirements, and testing. This individual will be responsible for communication between the Application Development teams to implement enhancements, implement solutions to incident requests, track bugs, and ensure delivery schedule is met. In addition to leading work streams this person may also manage small projects. As consultants first this person must go beyond mere order taking and deliverable development; this person must consistently be looking for ways to add value and innovate for the client and the company.
Manage or lead effort for development of the Application from requirements through Deploy for project or effort
Understand the fundamental solution being developed/deployed – its business value, blueprint, how it fits with the overall architecture, risks, etc.
Analyze and model the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements fulfilled by existing and proposed software.
Define the business problem and primary objectives of new projects. Identify and validate the key business requirements.
Lead cross-functional business process re-engineering teams and continuous improvement.
Evaluate potential software solutions, including off-the-shelf and open source components, and the system architecture to ensure that they meet business requirements.
Create functional requirements in use cases. Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign off verifying with user
that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs.
Contribute to or create project plans.
Escalate issues which cannot be resolved at the Project level
Ensure cross segment/team project issue, risk, conflict resolution occurs
Manage critical path, dependencies, contingency, scope/change requests
Manage expectation regarding road blocks, proactively, in the critical path to help ensure successful delivery of the solution
Ensure the customer expectations are understood and managed
Report and manage overall project /release status back to project and account Leadership
“Own” all projects deliverables, “ensure” proper communication between teams and quality levels; responsible for end to end solution delivery
Validate that proper deliverable and phase stage containment is occurring
Participate in senior leadership discussions and issue and risk resolution People Development and Management
Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.)
Develop and deliver performance feedback
Drive unit level employee engagement activities
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working on technical projects
Experience with 2 project implementations
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a business analyst in technical implementations or strategy/ OD / OCM
Experience running stakeholder meetings and experience in data analysis
Experience in a professional
Functional Quality Assurance including test plan, test case, system test, UAT, and regression test experience
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
Metrics & Reporting (Project Financial Health, Utilization, etc.)
Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
Ability to estimate level of effort specific to a task
