In this role, you will provide technical, analytical, and business expertise in maintaining current business systems and implementing future enhancements. The Business Analyst/Systems Administrator will be the liaison between user communities, peers, Business Management, and Information Management. The Business Analyst/Systems Administrator will be a enabler and enthusiastic initiator of change. The individual provides technical expertise to support existing business systems, and takes a lead role in adopting new technologies to improve capabilities and mentor colleagues in the Business Systems Organization. This position will operate, maintain and become a subject matter expert for the following application: Cobra (Budget & Planning ERP)IPS 2000 (in house work breakdown structure/cost centers)Cost Estimating Tool (in house resource cost estimator)Oracle Primavera (ERP scheduling tool)BDSIS (in-house Business Decision Support Information System)Desired skills for this position are:Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and provide solutionsDemonstrated ability to interface with accounting and IT to solve issuesWorking knowledge of MS office products, specifically Excel, Power Pivot and PowerBIWorking knowledge of SQL and ability to query and determine/resolve data anomaliesAbility to work (on occasion), non-core hours to solve processing issuesComfortable and demonstrable abilities for integrating third party source data into eBusiness Suite. Qualifications Bachelor degree plus 2-5 years of relevant experience, or Masters degree plus 1-3 years of relevant experience. Prefer a degree in: Information Technology, Computer Science, relevant Business Management degree or Related Discipline. Must have experience evaluating complex system interfaces to ensure data flows between monitored applications behave correctly. Must have experience performing system administration functions within a Business Systems organization. Must have experience maintaining and developing business intelligence applications.
