This includes, but is not limited to:Deploying best-in-class \/ rapid delivery capability for mobile solutions. Simplifying, improving, and standardizing business work management processes for mobile needs. Delivering high value analytics across all Lines of Businesses. Rapid delivery of web applications.Digital Catalyst consists of a staff of highly skilled professionals working together to produce mobile solutions following an agile methodology and design thinking. We are a start-up department within IT and building driven and creative mobile development team. We take the time to understand our partners' needs and translate those into solutions that delight our users. Our goal is to deliver products with intuitive user experience that will improve Client's employees' and customer's safety, productivity and overall well-being.Position Summary This position in the Digital Catalyst team is a key member of agile delivery teams that build mobile applications. This role will be a critical player for completing up front analysis of business operations \/ current systems to determine what needs to be changed to meet mobile application aspirational state. Process, data and system gaps and changes needed should be identified. Further, this role will drive alignment of stakeholders and identify plan and resources needed to move forward.It is required that the successful candidate be a self-starter, quick learner, think independently, have the ability to collaborate well with internal and external stakeholders and support staff, and ensure that client satisfaction objectives are met. The successful candidate must be a safety champion and must be able to maintain and handle inventory up to 20 pounds. It is possible that approximately 10% travel may be required. The location is the San Francisco General Office.Primary ResponsibilitiesGeneral Business Analysis:Works closely with product owner, technical lead and line of business team members to analyze and formulate recommendations for changes needed to - business process, data and core systems. Builds and maintains strong relationships with business units and external agencies. Presents findings and makes recommendations to management or others within organization. Develops and tracks metrics that provide data for process measurement, business operations or risk assessment. Performs complex research internally and externally. Performs analysis on highly complex data models that have cross-functional impact and presents recommendations. Works on complex problems having broad impact that require in depth analysis and judgment to obtain results or solutions. Acts as a subject matter expert in area of field and applies extensive knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices. Leads the effort to identify, analyze and improve existing business processes within a department to meet new goals and objectives.Metric Activities:MUST HAVE Experience with SAP and have knowledge with the systems key characteristics. Manage benchmarking efforts, coordinates support through IT departments Works with IT and functional leadership to establish a variety of key business, financial and performance metrics Create metrics and compile dashboards and reports; develop summary variance explanations and recommends remedial actions.Minimum Education\/Skills:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience Requires minimum of 6 years of general business experience Must have the ability to develop strategies and have solid decision-making skills Able to present highly complex data and findings to senior leaders Expert business analysis research and problem solving skills. Independently leverage broader business understanding to perform critical work and be responsible for complex projects performed within a broader technical and business context. Expert level Microsoft Excel skillsDesired Education\/Skills:Working on agile teams and understanding of agile culture Advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred Ten or more years of related business process and systems analysis experience desirable Experience in leading projects preferred Works independently on large, complex projects as a project leader Demonstrate advanced organizational business understanding Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance with broad scope and complexity Perform assigned tasks of high complexity using established procedures, standards, and guidelines Advanced presentation and facilitation skills Ability to communicate and influence organizational change and gain organizational support Is looked upon to strategize with and influence senior leadership on business related mattersN-ovation Technology Group, LLC (NTG) provides best in class IT Network Design, Architecture, and Integration Services.
