Title: Business Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Direct client - Contract to hire
As a Business Analyst, you are expected to comprehend basic to complex business and technical issues, contribute to business projects or IT-sponsored technology projects, by providing client support and consultation.
Responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of business solutions. Analyzes data using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation via statistical analysis to complex data mining. Works directly with clients and project leaders to identify analytical requirements.
Expected to translate business/technical needs into understandable business requirements.
Participate in the development and management of project plans related to the initiatives, from project planning and design through testing, implementation, and maintenance.
Expected to understand business/technical requirements, goals, and risks in order to formulate and define the scope and objectives of projects.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
4-6 years of experience with defining business and system level requirements
4-6 years of experience with testing methodologies
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Ability to make justified recommendations on future state strategy for both our business and technical processes
Ability to lead self and others through ambiguity
Experience with Microsoft Office Products
Experience with Perl scripts
Experience working within a Broker/Dealer and/or Financial Services a plus

Process data conversions from various CRM's into Salesforce
Conduct initial conversations with users to explain why they should convert to Salesforce FA-CRM
Conduct QA analysis in our Salesforce sandboxes and in our production environment
Review the conversion process with prospects explaining how their data will be converted, where data can be found in Salesforce FA-CRM after the conversion and show them basic functionality of how to use Salesforce FA-CRM
Understand and communicate the differences between various CRM's and Salesforce FA-CRM to our end users
The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and documenting business requirements that will be used for existing system modifications related to the conversion process. Manage (and or execute) all aspects of quality assurance testing of the application modifications including test planning, test execution, and post-implementation review.
Working hours Monday to Friday 7:30a-4p (maybe occasional hours during weekends
Proficient in Salesforce, Data Mining, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel and MySQL. Experience with Perl Scripts a plus.
