Our solution, BrightInsight, is a medical-grade IoT platform that integrates data from connected medical devices or therapeutics and delivers real-time intelligence and actionable insights. The position will be based in San Jose, California. The Business Insights Lead will partner with customers to drive insights and value from Real World Data (RWD) collected and integrated on Flex Digital Health platform. In addition, she\/he will also lead the data analytics to improve the effectiveness of our internal decision-making process. We are looking for someone who thrives in a start-up environment and demonstrates: Relentless drive to win and bring a product to market Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution Intense collaboration Passionate customer focus Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Relentless drive to win \u00a0 Here is a glimpse of what you\u2019ll do\u2026 Lead the design and development of customer business dashboard of the platform, and ongoing improvements based on customer needs Develop an in-depth knowledge of customers\u2019 products\/segments\/markets, and business challenges\/opportunities, and proactively identify appropriate analytics and research projects to answer key business questions and drive business success leveraging Real World Data (RWD) collected and integrated on Flex Digital Health platform Execute the timely, actionable, and sound analyses to help customers drive key insights leading to significant ROI. Conduct behavioral analyses of patients and HCPs\/care givers using the real time mobile app and device engagement data from the platform to understand trend and key behavioral drivers\/patterns and advise customers on the best approaches to improve user adoption and engagements for their digital health solutions Partner with Machine learning\/AI team to understand the customer needs and design\/develop\/deploy ML\/AI solutions to drive business value from the data Design and execute the analysis to identify opportunities to improve our internal commercial and operational effectiveness, and develop stories and presentations to deliver the results to senior management. Be a champion for a data-driven, collaborative decision-making culture Here is some of what you\u2019ll need\u2026 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a quantitative discipline (, statistics, operations research, bioinformatics, economics, mathematics, physics), an advanced degree is preferred. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, such as business analytics and\/or management consulting for the biopharmaceutical or other healthcare industries Proven track record of translating unstructured business questions to structured analytics approaches, and influencing high impact business decisions through data analytics Hands-on experience with various quantitative techniques including regression, decision trees, cluster analysis, marketing mix modelling, test\/control analysis to understand the ROI, mobile app and web activities analysis, etc. Hands-on experience in various analytics and reporting tools, such as tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI, SAS, R, mobile analytics tools (Appsee, mixpanel), etc. Strong understanding of the latest developments in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industry\u00a0 Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills are required \u2014able to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences Strong business acumen, and client service and business orientation Strong team player, ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team of both technical and non-technical people.
