Sr. Business Analyst
Robert Half Technology (RHT) is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 5 years' Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience, and 10 years working experience with ERP and/ or CRM systems. Optimal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, analysis, and support.

Sr. Business Analyst Requirements: ? Ability and desire to serve as the functional lead (client side) on a D365 Operations implementation Note to TIG ? I don?t expect the resource to be an expert in every single process area below, however, strengths in multiple areas is a plus especially in P2P, PTP and OTC. Process scope experience including: ? Concept to Market, Procure to Pay, Plan to Production, Prospect to Quote, Order to Cash, Pick to Ship, Hire to Retire, Expense to Reimbursement, Quality Management. ? Knowledge of Microsoft?s Sure Step Project Methodology is a plus ? Knowledge of and/or experience in management of environments during implementation phase ? Implementation partner and client PM will manage this project component, however, experience with or knowledge of environment management is a plus [Test, Dev, Sandbox, Training, Gold, Production] ? As part of the implementation, will work with the client project manager and the implementation partner to complete the following deliverables; successful completion of these deliverables requires working closely with the Business, hence good communication skills are a MUST. ? Gather and document business requirements and business process flows (proficient in Visio to document flows; depending on complexity of BR, preparation of BRDs may be warranted) ? Conduct fit-gap analysis ? Document and maintain requirements traceability matrix (RTM) ? Serve as Testing Lead for all testing cycles (CRP, IST, UAT) ? Assist in and support of end-user training (TTT approach ? SMEs will be trainers) ? Assist in and support Change Management activities ? Ability and desire to continue providing D365 support post-deployment, i.e., in a production environment. The type of support may include: ? Issue management, including escalation to MS ? Report design and development (Power BI), including gathering and documenting report requirements from user community ? Assist in leading the roll out of enhancements ? Assist in leading the migration of new entities/businesses to D365 ? Work with Microsoft and support the Business during release/update cycles ? Provide ongoing end-user training, including development of user guides/documentation ? Support work intake/enhancement request process (including prioritization of requests) ? Will assist in deploying a new work intake/enhancement request process for roll out post-deployment ? Experience with the following: ? Configure D365 settings ? Manage D365 security ? Implement and manage entity relationships ? Configure field customizations ? Implement and manage business rules ? Implement and manage business process flows Technical Resource Requirements ? At least 2 years? experience with the following: ? Customizing D365 forms ? Implementing D365 views and visualizations ? Integrating D365 with other Office 365 offerings ? Implementing and managing workflows, dialogs, and custom actions ? Software development, specifically around Microsoft D365 ? Proficiency with Microsoft .NET 3.5 development using C# ? Report design and development (incl Power BI) ? design, development, publishing, subscription, alerts ? The ability to translate business requirements to functional requirements/design documents ? Assist in data conversion activities during implementation phase
