Moderate travel may be required of this position.

About the role

As a Business Development Senior Analyst – Client Insight, you will be responsible for working closely with the Business Development Manager – Client Insight to support on all project management and administration of global client insight initiatives. Other key responsibilities include:

Collaborating closely with colleagues across Client Engagement and Business Development on all aspects of delivering client insight projects successfully to support the strategic objectives of practice, industry and market as well as individual partner goals

Helping support the building of an approach leveraging existing firm systems and tools to identify and follow-up on opportunities for interview

Supporting on data analysis and the creation of powerful and compelling reports and presentations summarizing client insight data for the firm including managing the junior analyst team, and assisting with preparing and delivering reports for the firm’s leadership

Becoming an expert in client insight generally and at Latham and helping support internal communications and collaboration around client insight to ensure the program delivers value and drives revenue working in concert with Business Development colleagues across multiple parts of the firm

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Possess excellent research and quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Display the ability to analyze data from a range of sources and synthesize this into clear conclusions

Are a team player with strong coordination and project management skills

And have:

Superior and confident communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, including a desire to conduct interviews with clients and prospects of the firm

Experience supporting business development or marketing initiatives at a professional or financial services firm.
