Job Description

CACI is currently seeking a Business Systems Support Analyst to join our team in support of the Web-Based Supply Chain Management System (WBSCM) for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and United States Agency for International Development (USAID).  WBSCM is an SAP-based application solution that has been in production operation since 2010. The WBSCM solution continues to evolve in response to business requirements and continuous improvement cycles of the application and technology.

Duties and Responsibilities

Diagnose and analyze all incoming issues surrounding the WBSCM system (via phone, email, self-service entries). Resolve all possible issues, minimizing those out of scope that require escalation to other teams

Complete authorized changes in the production WBSCM backend system for specific production activities after receiving approval from the USDA client

Perform monitoring to report any discrepancies or errors found in business objects across production systems

Work in tangent with the Operation Control Center (OCC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) team to assemble technical (Application Operations) and functional (Business Process Operations) monitoring information about WBSCM technical components and business processes

Triage/OCC analyst proactively monitors the status of Production WBSCM SAP environment, providing technical monitoring to catch any error or anomaly before the end user calls the service desk

Assist in training of monitoring tasks and WBSCM process knowledge to other team members

Contribute to testing for special ad-hoc projects, as well as testing for scheduled production upgrades, enhancements, and monthly releases

Develop and review process and training documentation related to system and accompanying support

Assist with release go-live activities for the Organization Change Management team including validation of release notes, validation of system fixes, go-live email communications to user community

Qualifications

At least two (2) years of experience in customer support for a technical software or hardware service desk environment, preferably in an SAP/ERP environment

Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes for Service Operation (Incident Management, Problem Management, Event Management, Access Management, Request Fulfillment)

Excel in communicating solutions to external users and in working collaboratively with teammates

Work with both technical and non-technical users in order to convey appropriate solutions based on the user’s level of understanding

Ability to work independently or within a team and the ability to successfully work with concurrent deadlines and multiple priorities

Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated through previous experience interacting with business analysts, developers, and end users

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with SAP Supply Chain Management Systems (SAP Enterprise Portal, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, SAP SRM, SAP BI)

Experience with Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tools such as Service-Now, Remedy A/R, HP/Microfocus ALM, Microsoft SharePoint

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

Typically requires bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 3 years of related experience
