End User Computing Design Delivery Analyst
Client has an outstanding reputation in the industry for process driven methodology and for being on the cutting edge of Technology and Security. Chevron CBRES is seeking an End User/Print Services Analyst to provide IT support, compliance and governance to the Enterprise.
This position has a lead role in managing the print services lifecycle for the End User Solutions asset through partnership with Chevron Business and Real Estate Services (CBRES), Data Center Assets and others to design compatible network printing infrastructure to coincide with GIL Workstations Lifecycles. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow asset planning knowledge, gain influential leadership experience by leading a cross function Print Services Oversight Committee and an opportunity for exposure to BU IT Managers and ITSD Asset Managers.
Drive print services lifecycle in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and CBRES. Implement, support, document processes and solutions to assist in asset life cycle management.
Lead a cross functional team that drives print services governance through the Print Services Oversight Committee.
Investigate and test new print services technologies.
Strategic planning and lead through strategic changes.
Provide consulting and business analysis support for the print services applications.
As a Technical Control Review Board (TCRB) Print SME, provide guidance and recommendations on domain concur requests
Evangelize and grow the Chevron standardized print solution throughout the enterprise
Continue to evolve Print Services offerings to best fit business need, while emphasizing policies, standards, and controls
Follow through and complete task-based deliverables on ongoing run activities and initiatives
As the Information Risk Management Coordinator, ensure compliance tasks link to NIST controls and create new controls for NIST
In cooperation with Technical Architects, develop and maintain hardware standard equipment and develop future state outlook/roadmap
In conjunction with other members of the EUCD team, work to test and evaluate validity of disaster recovery and business continuity
3 years of experience as Technical Business Analysis
Previous IT support experience
Must have excellent organization skills, must be able to manage tasks and deliverables, and be a great facilitator.
Experience coordinating projects and life cycle activities
MS Suite experience required,
Open-minded to Agile methodology
