: Join a dynamic and innovative team as we work to grow digital sales for all NRG retail brands. As part of the Digital Sales team, you will analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data for multiple brands and have a deep understanding of the online customer journey and sales funnel. This person will interact with several internal teams as well as with our digital agency of record to help drive sales and value from our online channels. This will include helping with projects, tracking budgets, understanding and presenting performance trends, and implementing new campaigns and tools. A strong SEO/SEM strategy and implementation background is desired. The ideal candidate will be thorough with attention to detail, strategic, analytical, ambitious, self-motivated, and creative.
This position will report directly to the Sr. Manager - eCommerce. Analyze reports, submit recommendations based on data, and implement ongoing proactive changes based on these conclusions. Other responsibilities include working with team to provide analysis and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Manage projects across several brands with multiple objectives
Work with various internal departments and cross-functions to manage project, such as Legal, operations, IT, business development and other areas of marketing
Manage and track budgets and invoicing from vendors
Achieve sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis
Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
Provide analysis and recommendations based on performance data
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce space
Agency experience strongly preferred
Ability to comprehend digital marketing data and deliver business recommendations
Attention to detail and task management
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong problem solving skills
Strong Excel, PPT skills required
Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, etc)
