Job Description:
As Agile Business Analyst, you’re going to be bringing your unique mix of business rigour and expertise of strategic frameworks and financial models combined with your experience of working in agile product teams, to help set out the scope of products and translate a vision into software definitions.
Understands and documents the business framework to ensure there is a viable financial and commercial model to deliver business value. Tests this throughout the product lifecycle to ensure that every increment has a net benefit. Understands the product's data needs and ensures these are appropriately detailed and prioritized in the product backlog. Ensures there is a delivery plan for the digital product and associated service. Focuses on business value and outcome, so the product is delivered pragmatically and in logical increments.
Organizes backlog into initiatives, epics and user stories, prioritized by calculations of business value. Maintains the backlog and proactively communicates changes and recommendations to the product owner. Can write user stories (suitable for sprint planning) and acceptance criteria, including pre and post conditions as necessary. Helps the product owner ensure the project remains on time and on budget. Provides the link between strategy and initiatives. Discovers, interprets and communicates information to reveal and clarify where value can be created. Maps the beneficiaries, contributors and other affected parties. Helps stakeholders decide on approaches, priorities and trade-offs in the face of constraints, differing opinions, risks, and complexity. This includes defining success criteria, formulating and testing hypotheses throughout the project, considering the product's evolving value and using conclusions to help the product owner manage the product backlog.

Requirements:
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience in business analyst experience and relevant expertise within the Agile landscape
An ability to keep up-to-date on the latest thinking in the world of digital business
A demonstrable real passion to bring the latest practices and tools to projects.
Experience working with data.
An Agile Business Analyst certification will be an advantage.
Experience with Jira or equivalent controls system.
