The Business Analyst will consult and provide strategic business planning for a new provider engagement program. The Business Analyst will be responsible for leadership, project management, and relationship management skills regarding the development of the program outlined below:
Representatives in the new program will help in molding the new generation of future health care professionals. By enabling new hires to learn new techniques, have real interactions with providers and engage in a quality centered program, providers, candidates and the company all share in the value a collaboration brings to its members. With a focus on a structured work plan and resources/tools for the Medicare Lite Collaborations, providers benefit from having additional interactions than the norm as they will have a focused representative. The new Program will also be supported by new technologies to break new grounds on
Responsibilities and Requirements:
· 1-5 years of experience with one or more of the following methodologies: management consulting, project consulting, business process consulting, financial strategic analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic business planning, and/or risk management consulting.
· Experience with moderate scale initiatives with moderate degree of complexity.
· Operational experience in a relevant discipline.
· Demonstrated superior business process, project management and organizational redesign experience.
· Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.
· Demonstrated leadership with relevant initiatives: Business process, enterprise business project
financial strategic planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, risk management.
· Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior level; capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneously.

Integrity Staffing Services, (ISS) originated in November 1995 and acquired Omnibus Staffing (an eight year old temporary help company) in October 1996. The Corporate office is located at 130 Business Park Dr., off of Greenwich Rd., in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The Corporate office also serves as the Division office for Admin/Clerical placement activity. South Military Highway is home to our main branch, which was also the original branch office that opened in Chesapeake in 1990 and moved to the current Military Hwy location in 2001. This branch services all Light Industrial and Ship Repair Clients throughout the Southside Tidewater area. The Winchester office opened in March of 1992 and has successfully provided Light Industrial support to a broad base of clients in that region. Our Peninsula office opened in July of 1994 and is strong in light industrial, heavy industrial and shipyard support. In the fall of 2002, we expanded to Jacksonville, FL to support shipyard work for an existing client. We have remained there and broadened our base to include all industry groups in the surrounding area. We have more recently ventured into the Gulf, servicing port based logistic operations and we are exploring opportunities for branch operations to further support that area. VISION
