Insurance Business Analyst Jobs

An insurance business analyst job involves providing an IT interface to business units and analyzing and defining business requirements. An insurance business analyst will be working very closely with business units and the technical development teams on all projects. An insurance business analyst will engage in client discussions and capture requirements/ specs based on interaction with clients business users. An insurance business analyst job will also demand the knowledge of various personal and commercial lines of insurance products such as - auto, motor, property, engineering, home owners, liability, marine, aviation, travel, extended warranty, workers compensation, and other miscellaneous general products in the current market, and their business processes and compliance rules in various markets.
An insurance business analyst requires a university degree or equivalent post-secondary education. Emphasis in business related courses is the general preference. An insurance business analyst should have at least 2+ years experience of working with relevant job. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are required.
