Government Business Analyst Jobs

Government business analyst jobs are generally available with local or state government, federal government, government service providers etc. A government business analyst may interact directly with government clients and analyze and research various government business processes and programs.
It is the duty of a government business analyst to maintain current records and to complete and correct project documentation as per government policies and regulations. Other important duties include designing practical programs and management systems as per data and test specifications, executing technical writing, conducting budget analysis, and providing audit support. A business analyst may also provide financial activities analysis, resource utilization analysis, business performance analysis, and all other assigned duties.
The minimum educational qualification required for a government business analyst job is a bachelor’s degree in finance, mathematics, or a related field. Previous business analysis experience within the government is important. Security clearance may be required. An ideal candidate should also exhibit good communication, computer, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
