Business Analysis Specialist Jobs

A business analysis specialist job entails providing analytical and technical support to a business through the development of innovative programs and solutions.
The chief responsibilities of a business analysis specialist are supporting various development initiatives, assisting in testing activities and in the development of test scripts, performing research in order to understand business issues, and developing practical cost-effective solutions to problems. In addition, a business analysis specialist may also be responsible for participating in design review, coordinating with management and stakeholders to understand and review business requirements, providing analytical support and recommendations, developing technical specifications against business requirements, executing system testing for program changes and enhancements, and preparing various comparative analyses for projects.
The minimum educational qualification required for a business analysis specialist job is a bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, or a similar field. Previous experience in a business analyst role is desirable. An ideal candidate should also possess strong communication, computer, analytical, and project management skills.
