A business when formed has many parts, one has to look at each and every part and analyze the various tasks and the methods required for this business to function smoothly and give the best possible results. The business analysis manager job is to assist the top management personals in better decision making and also help in providing all the research that is required by them in their task. Another important job of a business analyst is to draft all the important business documentation required for the various functions of the business. An Analyst has to do a critical analysis of all the data available and also keep this data from falling into wrong hands. His job is also to analyze all the various developments in the business and find out the best possible methods to help in the better working of the business. He also has to analyze the various trends in the markets, do a detailed research on what the consumers need and how to meet these needs. He also has to guide the managers and the decision makers with various ideas to help increase the efficiency in the number of business undertakings. Another job that has to be undertaken by the analyst is in budget planning and presenting a well jotted plan to minimize the cost and maximize the profit. He also has to identify the needs of the departments and also plan out the budgets for them.

The business analysis manager also provides assistance in the planning and budgeting of new projects. He gives the managers a detailed analysis of how the project should be carried out and how it should be implemented at various stages. He also provides assistance to the team in project development stages. An analyst also has to coordinate the various project update meetings and also provide his services in formulating the documents for the project. He continuously monitors the workings of the business and finds out places where improvements are required. He gives detailed attention to whether the goals of the business are being met and also provides assistance in the development and training of the employees. He also ensures that all business meeting deadlines are met and attended by the required personals. He also prepares the job description of the employees and does a work of a mentor to them.

To be a business analysis manager one has to a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration. His work experience counts the most in this field. He should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a field officer or have been an assistant to an analyst for a project. The job of an analyst includes in-depth study, thus he has to have an eye for detail. Patience is another quality needed, as all the analysis cannot be done in a day’s time. It is also required to possess great mathematical and analytical skills. A business analyst also should have excellent communication and listening skills. He also should be well versed with the latest technologies. The pay package of such analyst varies on his experience.

Business analysis manager job opportunities are many, since every business requires somebody to assist in the proper working of it. So in short, such a manager is the one who helps in the overall development of the business as a whole.
